Complexity Based Leadership & Organisational Design

Spain. 8 – 13^th April 2026

Evaluating and advancing the work of Drs Elliott Jaques, Gillian Stamp et al in the field of complexity based leadership & organisational design.

Our purpose is to bring together progressive senior practitioners and interested professionals with experience and knowledge in applying the practices of the complexity-based principles of the Requisite body of knowledge. This work encompasses that of Drs Elliott Jaques, Gillian Stamp, John Isaacs, Luc Hoebeke, Ken Wilbur (Integral) and others.

Our purpose is to evaluate the current state of the body of the work and look at future scenarios and options for growth, research and learning.

The pre workshop programme will include presentations from selected participants on best of breed, new innovative directions, thinkings and models that are directly relevant to these complexity-based models of leadership.

Empowerment is the Only Way to Go.

Choosing to work with a board and/or an organisation that can really make a difference to people's lives, is not only rewarding, its empowering. Recently, after a thirty five year journey, I came back full cycle. This is a T-Shirt I saw last week work by a worker in a banana farm in Ghana. A Fair Trade certified Banana Plantation employing 700 workers on a permanent full time basis. I was deeply moved by seeing this T-shirt but said nothign to my colleagues. Here is the story...
